Introduction
Food security is a crucial global issue, especially in the era of climate change and rapid population growth. Indonesia, a country with high biodiversity, has great potential to develop innovative and sustainable food and nutrition technologies.
The Indonesian Food Technologist Association (PATPI) as a forum for food technology experts in Indonesia has an important role in encouraging the development of science and technology in the field of food and nutrition. Through international seminars and annual meetings, PATPI seeks to bring together researchers, academics, industry, and other stakeholders to discuss and share knowledge about the use of biodiversity to support future food security.
